لا إعلانات، ولا حساب، ولا نطلب اسم طفلك أو أي معلومة شخصية. من الإصدار ١٫١، يرسل التطبيق خطوات استخدام مجهولة تساعدنا على تحسينه، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من الإعدادات.
يحفظ التطبيق تقدّم طفلك — أي الجداول أتقنها، وكم دقيقة تدرّب، وأي المسائل ما زالت صعبة عليه — في ملف واحد داخل الجهاز نفسه. هذا الملف لا يغادر الجهاز، ولا نستطيع نحن الاطلاع عليه. إذا حذفت التطبيق حُذف معه.
من الإصدار ١٫١، يرسل التطبيق أحداث استخدام إلى خدمتنا على apps.hossamhamouda.com، ويتحكم فيها مفتاح «مشاركة بيانات استخدام مجهولة» في الإعدادات، وهو مفعّل افتراضيًا. تساعدنا هذه الأحداث على فهم ما ينجح في التطبيق وما يحتاج إلى تحسين، مثل بدء تدريب أو إنهائه أو فتح شاشة الشراء.
قد يتضمن الحدث: معرّفًا عشوائيًا لهذا التثبيت، وإصدار التطبيق ونظام iOS، ونوع الجهاز، واللغة، وبلد متجر App Store، والخطوة نفسها (مثل رقم الجدول، وعدد الإجابات الصحيحة، والمدة). ولا يتضمن أبدًا اسمًا أو بريدًا أو أي نص يكتبه أحد. المعرّف العشوائي يجمع أحداث التثبيت الواحد معًا، ولذلك فهذه ليست «لا بيانات»، لكنها لا تكشف من هو طفلك.
إذا اشتريت «ميزو كامل» والمشاركة مفعّلة، يمرّر التطبيق المعرّف العشوائي إلى Apple مع عملية الشراء، فتصلنا إشعارات Apple عن الشراء والسعر والبلد وأي استرداد مرتبطة بذلك المعرّف. لا نتلقى بيانات حساب Apple ولا بطاقة الدفع. وعند إيقاف المشاركة تتوقف الأحداث ويُحذف المعرّف وقائمة الأحداث من الجهاز، لكن Apple قد تستمر في إرسال إشعارات عن شراء سبق ربطه بذلك المعرّف.
«ميزو كامل» دفعة واحدة تتم عبر App Store من Apple. نحن لا نرى رقم بطاقتك ولا بيانات حسابك؛ يخبر نظام Apple التطبيق فقط ما إذا كان «ميزو كامل» مفتوحًا أم لا. تخضع عمليات الدفع لسياسة خصوصية Apple.
يستخدم التطبيق محرّك النطق المدمج في نظام iOS لقراءة المسائل بصوت مسموع. تتم المعالجة على الجهاز عبر النظام، ولا نرسل أي صوت أو نص إلى أي جهة.
يستخدم الأطفال هذا التطبيق، ولهذا لا إعلانات فيه، ولا نطلب من أحد اسمًا أو أي معلومة شخصية، وأحداث الاستخدام مجهولة ويمكن إيقافها.
نحتفظ بسجلات الاستخدام والشراء في خدمتنا ١٨٠ يومًا ثم تُحذف. إيقاف المشاركة لا يحذف فورًا ما وصلنا من قبل. يمكنك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو حذفها بمراسلتنا؛ وإذا لم يعد ممكنًا ربط المعرّف العشوائي بك، سنوضح لك ذلك.
إذا تغيّر أي شيء مما سبق، سنحدّث هذه الصفحة ونغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاها.

No ads, no account, and we never ask for your child's name or any personal detail. From version 1.1 the app sends anonymous usage steps that help us improve it; you can switch them off at any time in Settings.
The app saves your child's progress — which tables they have mastered, how long they practised, and which facts are still shaky — in a single file on the device itself. That file never leaves the device, and we cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes it.
From version 1.1 the app sends usage events to our own service at apps.hossamhamouda.com. The "Share anonymous usage data" switch in Settings controls this, and it is on by default. The events help us understand what works in the app and what needs improving — for example, starting or finishing a drill, or opening the plans screen.
An event can include a random identifier for this installation, the app and iOS versions, the device type, the language, the App Store country and the step itself (such as the table number, how many answers were right, and how long it took). It never includes a name, an email address or anything anyone typed. The random identifier groups the events of one installation, so this is not "no data" — but it does not tell us who your child is.
If you buy Mizo Full while sharing is on, the app passes the random identifier to Apple with the purchase, so Apple's notifications about the purchase, price, country and any refund reach us linked to that identifier. We never receive your Apple Account or card details. Turning sharing off stops future events and deletes the identifier and the event queue from the device, but Apple can still send notifications about a purchase that was already linked to it.
Mizo Full is a single payment handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your card number or your account details; Apple's system only tells the app whether Mizo Full is unlocked. Payments are covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
The app uses the speech engine built into iOS to read questions aloud. The system handles this on the device, and we send no audio or text to anyone.
Children use this app, which is why it has no advertising, asks no one for a name or any personal information, and keeps its usage events anonymous and easy to switch off.
Usage and purchase records are kept in our service for 180 days and then deleted. Turning sharing off does not immediately delete what we already received. You can ask to see or delete your data by writing to us; if a random identifier can no longer be matched to you, we will explain that.
If any of the above changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
